Kevin Kilduff

Kevin has more than 20 years of experience as a Corporate and Tax Attorney.  His broad practice encompasses Federal, state and international tax law.  He works closely with mid-sized companies in the design of tax efficient strategies for business operations and with business owners to develop tax efficient strategies for estate planning and business succession purposes.  Kevin develops and implements estate plans and lifetime gifting plans for high net worth clients, analyzing and assessing methodologies for substantially reducing the potential Federal and state estate tax liabilities facing his clients.  Due to his unique educational and professional background, Kevin is able to work closely with, and coordinate with, business executives, business advisors, insurance representatives, and other professional advisors to structure tax efficient strategies which do not adversely affect the day-to-day business operations of his corporate clients.

Kevin began his career as a tax attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Manhattan, New York.  While working for the Internal Revenue Service, Kevin served as the legal counsel liaison to the Estate and Gift Tax Division of the IRS’s Northeast Region.  While serving in that capacity, he was responsible for reviewing the provisions of complex Will and Trust documents, determining the proper tax implications associated with the same, and advising the Estate and Gift Tax examining agents and attorneys on reporting positions to be maintained by the taxing authority.

Following his tenure with the Internal Revenue Service in Manhattan, NY, Kevin spent more than a decade as a Tax Partner with some of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the country, working in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Boston, Massachusetts.  Kevin takes pride in representing clients throughout their entire business cycle – starting with the proper choice of entity upon formation, continuing through every phase of their operational existence, and analyzing exit strategies.
